Auckland Unitarian Church roll of honour

The First World War roll of honour in the Auckland Unitarian Church is a carved wooden tablet which lists the names of 42 members of the congregation who served during the war, six of whom gave their lives. Appropriately for the venue, the dedication refers neither to God nor to Empire, but is headed ‘FOR HONOUR AND HUMANITY / 1914  - 1918’.
