Annie Osborne was born about 1870 in Ireland – the daughter of James Osborne and Ann McCracken.
In 1875 she emigrated to Otago with her family on the “Earl of Zetland”.
The family lived, at first, in Middlemarch before moving to Dunedin.
When Annie signed the suffrage petition she was living in Arthur Street.
She died on 14 February 1893 and she is buried with her father in the Northern Cemetery.
