Euphemia Wilson Nimmo was born in 1871 in Dunedin – the daughter of Robert Nimmo, a seed merchant, and Euphemia Henderson Wilson. (See 175 Euphemia Nimmo)
When Effie signed the suffrage petition she was living with her widowed mother in Carisbrook, Dunedin.
She did not marry and she died on 17 November 1901. She is buried with her parents in the Southern Cemetery.
