Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley

Fanny Jane Irving was born about 1824 – she married Moses Wilkinson in 1876 in New Zealand - they do not appear to have had any children.

They lived at Blue Spur near Lawrence in Central Otago where Moses worked as a miner.

They later moved to Dunedin and when Fanny signed the suffrage petition they were living in Maclaggan St, Mornington.

Moses died in 1895 and Fanny died on 2 June 1900, they are buried together in the Southern Cemetery.
