Biographical information provided by Briar Barry for the He Tohu exhibition:

L.M. Fuller lists her address on this sheet of the Petition as the Christchurch Fire Station. Records show there was a George Fuller working as a fire station engineer on Chester Street at the time so it is likely that this was L.M’s husband. Two Fuller women are listed as living on Chester Street on the 1896 Electoral Roll – Marian Margaret and Rose Emma. Neither have the initials L.M. Perhaps Marian went by a nickname beginning with L?
