Ann/Annie Montague was born in New Zealand in 1863 – the daughter of Thomas Montague and Sarah. (See 30 Mrs T Montague)
She married John McLennan MacRae in 1890. When Annie signed the suffrage petition she was living in Cargill Rd, South Dunedin near her mother.
John died in 1900 and he is buried in the Southern Cemetery.
Later that year Annie married George Hepburn, a fitter and widower with four children.
Annie died at the Dunedin Hospital on 6 November 1915, she is buried with her mother in the Southern Cemetery.
George died in Christchurch in 1937 and he is buried in the Southern Cemetery, Dunedin with his first wife.
