Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley

When Sarah signed the suffrage petition she was living in Livingstone, North Otago with her husband William who was working as a miner.

She was still at Livingstone in 1896 – after this her whereabouts are unknown.

William may be the William Baker who died at Macraes in 1907, if this is the case Sarah appears to have died prior to this.
